Watch: Why most men stay stuck in the lonely chapter (and how this sprint fixes it).

Lonely Chapter Gameplan Sprint

A 4‑week, 1:1 sprint to turn “fake progress” into real daily action. Built for men stuck in the lonely chapter of self‑improvement.

What You Get

  • 4 × 45‑minute 1:1 calls with Sal (one per week on Zoom / Google Meet)
  • Custom 30‑day gameplan: one main game + 3 daily non‑negotiables
  • Mon–Fri check‑ins via DM/text so you actually do what you said you’d do
  • Simple weekly review template to track real progress, not just feelings
  • Call recordings so you can rewatch and correct mistakes faster

Who It’s For

  • Men who feel stuck in “self‑improvement mode” with little to show for it
  • You’ve cut back on old habits, friends, or partying but feel alone and in‑between
  • You want structure and accountability, not another book, podcast, or theory
  • You’re willing to be honest, follow a simple plan, and do boring work daily

What I Expect From You

  • Be honest about where you are and what you want.
  • Show up for all 4 calls on time and prepared.
  • Hit your 3 daily non‑negotiables at least 80% of the time.
  • Give feedback so we can adjust the plan rather than disappearing.

Simple Guarantee

If by the end of week 2 you don’t feel clearer and more consistent than when we started, email me and I’ll refund you. No drama. I only want guys who genuinely get value from this.

How It Works

1

Email “LONELY”

You email sal@salmontalvo.com with the subject “LONELY” and include your age, country, and what you’re stuck on. If you’re a fit and spots are open, I’ll reply with next steps.

2

We Build Your 30‑Day Plan

On call 1 we pick your main game (body, money, skills, etc.) and create 3 daily non‑negotiables, plus a simple weekly schedule you can realistically follow.

3

Daily Check‑ins & Weekly Fixes

You send proof of your actions Mon–Fri. Each week we review what happened, fix bottlenecks, and tighten the plan so you actually escape fake progress.

Real Progress Over Hype

This sprint is brand new. I’m working with a tiny group first so I can over‑deliver, collect real stories, and improve the system before scaling it.

What I’m Tracking

  • Days actually hitting your 3 non‑negotiables
  • Visible changes in body, money, or skills
  • How you feel about yourself at the end of 30 days vs day 1

Future Wins Here

As guys complete the sprint, I’ll add screenshots, quotes, and stories here so you can see what’s possible when you stop faking progress and start moving for real.

First 3 guys get direct access and help shape this sprint. You’ll be the original case studies.

Sal Montalvo lifestyle

Who Is Sal?

I’m Sal Montalvo. I’m not a guru. I’m a guy in the lonely chapter of my own life – fixing my habits, building real skills and income, and trying to become the kind of man a great woman would actually want.

I share that process publicly on YouTube at @SalMontalvo4K, talking about self‑improvement, modern dating, and what it really feels like to change your life from basically zero.

This sprint is me taking the next step: not just talking about the lonely chapter, but helping a small group of guys actually get through it with structure and accountability.

Current Focus

  • Documenting the lonely chapter in real time
  • Helping men escape fake self‑improvement
  • Building discipline, skills, and standards that actually show up in real life

FAQ

Why should I listen to you?

I’m not claiming to be at the finish line. I’m in the lonely chapter myself and I’m doing the boring work daily. I’m sharing what’s actually helping me and using this sprint to help a small group do the same.

How much time do I need each week?

Plan on one 45‑minute call per week plus 30–60 minutes per day to do your actual non‑negotiables. The point is to fit this into a real life, not turn it into a full‑time job.

What happens after 4 weeks?

You keep the gameplan, the routines, and the review process. If I open up longer‑term coaching or a group later, guys who’ve done this sprint will hear about it first.

What if I can’t afford $99 right now?

Then take the free content on my channel, steal the structure, and start doing it on your own. Never spend money you truly don’t have. When your situation changes and you’re ready, reach out.

What if I’m not in the US?

As long as we can line up a time for calls and you have internet, you’re good. Just include your country and time zone in your email.

Is this therapy or mental health coaching?

No. This is practical structure and accountability for habits and actions. If you need therapy or medical help, talk to a licensed professional. This sprint is not a replacement for that.

Will you share my story publicly?

I record calls so you can rewatch and so I can improve. If I ever want to use a clip or your story as proof, I’ll ask you first and only use it if you’re cool with it.

Do I need to show my face or be on camera?

We’ll be on video calls so we can communicate clearly, but you don’t have to appear in any public content. This is about your progress, not turning you into a creator.
